Had the prairie fire wigs, good heat but had more viniger than I like. Not for the faint of heart. The wife tried the honey bourbon wings, no heat at all but great flavor.
Wings are excellent as usual. Way better than buffalo wild wings. Just don't expect to get a burger that isn't burnt. They ask you how you want it done and I don't know why cuz in the last 5 years have never gotten. Burger that wasn't overdone and crunchy. I quit trying a few years ago and brought my kids there the other night and all four of them got dried out burgers.
I appreciate the gluten free menu. I ordered off the gluten-free menu a New York strip steak and ended up getting that with a big breadstick laying across the middle of the plate. I ordered the steak medium and it came back rare. It was very tough and full of Gristle. Wait staff that took our order not very friendly or helpful. After receiving my meal with a breadstick across my supposedly gluten free food, I have not a lot of confidence in the restaurants understanding of what gluten-free means.
