He was very kind and did NOT know that I had scheduled a tow as he could have taken care of me before going on the out of town call!!! So disappointing that this is the only tow driver in town. What a JOKE!! Thank God I wasn't sitting on the side of the road!!!!
I called the day before to schedule a tow for the following morning at 10:30. I sat and waited for 50 minutes before Brad the owner called saying they had an out of town call and would be late; didn't know what time he would be there. I explained I am running quite late (hence why I scheduled a tow the day before!!!!!!) and really if they knew they were going to be late a simple courtesy call would have been nice. NOPE! He said things just come up. I told him this really binds up my day. NO APOLOGY!!!!!!!!!
