Customer Service Reps are rude. The shelves are stocked with Great Value products and name brand products are not put out so the Great Value products are sold. Doesn't take a genuis to figure this out. The Customer Service Reps that are pleasant are few and far between but I give those people kudos for working there. Negative co-workers are hard to put up with.
The store is clean and seems to be well stocked. The staff could be friendlier and more helpful. We are just in town for work so, it served our purpose of getting what we need.
Enjoy going here and I enjoy some of the employees there.
Waited 15 min to find a person to answer my question about a product, he ended up selling the wrong item and we had to return it. It was not universal.... when I go there to shop for deals, I am totally satisfied.
