Went to BeMobile with my wife on Sunday to get more information. We arrived around 430pm. Becky was working. She had a pleasant attitude and answered all our questions to the best of her ability. We came back on Monday night around 730pm. The worker there was Brenna. She took care of our needs, she had patience with us as well. My wife and I switched from sprint to Verizon. We were there around 90 minutes, till an hour after closing. Brenna was pleasant the whole time. She set the phones and tablets up for us transferred data from our old phones and tablets to new ones. We bought the phones and tablets but didn't get them till Tuesday due to card not working. Brenna put everything in a bag and placed it in a cupboard behind counter with a note saying we would be back on Tuesday. On Tuesday we picked up the phones and tablets great service as well from worker. Even on Wednesday I bought a screen protector for my phone great service as well. You ladies that helped my wife and I, sorry I don't remember all your names. The 4 of you over the 4 days did an excellent job and my wife and I look forward to going back to BeMobile again.
I recently got a phone here and they were really helpful at setting everything up for me. Any questions that I had were quickly answered by the workers. They are very well trained at getting everyone what they need and the customer service was great. All of the workers were very welcoming and supportive during my visit the the Montevideo BeMobile. So thanks again. I love my new phone and will definitely be back for any services I need.

This store has changed for the better, like night and day since the last year! I had the worst customer experience a year ago, but now that the store has new employees and management, it is 100% better. They won my business back, and made things right which is how it's supposed to be. Under the new management, I would recommend this store to anybody looking for a new phone.
