Extremely unprofessional and rude. I wish I had saw a review like this before renting from them. You have been warned
DO NOT RENT HERE! Seriously take my word and do NOT DO IT. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND SUPER RUDE PEOPLE! Boyfriend and I tried renting from them, they never returned our calls, like it was super hard to get ahold of them at all times. They showed us an apartment we really like on Main Street and we loved it and they got our hopes up, and so we sent them our application the next day, and they "LOST IT" and by the time they got our application they already sold to someone else. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I called and asked why no one informed my boyfriend why we didn't receive any information about it being rented. The guy I spoke to his name was JAMES. He was very rude and yelled at me over the phone. He was a complete dick. We called them several times to get our money and information back and they refused to answer our calls and they BLOCKED US!!!! So they have our money and our information!!!!! I am so upset with them and will not EVER recommend someone to live there. Take my advice and save your time.

They are unprofessional, the building is in poor shape, all they do is collect the rent and mail out notices, about 6 months ago they came to do an inspection of each apartment unit the problem was noone received any notification the person mailing out the info didn't put individual pictures box numbers on the letters they claimed , so without any kind of notice and after being told noone received anything they continued to illegally enter apartments they were extremely rude
Very nice and friendly and they ask to enter apartment to fix issues if not home and they fixed problem
Recommend people look for other places to list properties.
