She has a way with animals, my cat is known for biting people - I've never seen my cat so calm & relaxed with a stranger.

Toft was great. She's up front with you and doesn't b.s. you (which might come off as a bit gruff at first but she's very good at her job). When I had to put my dog down they were comforting and understanding. They even sent a card afterwards.
Dr Toft was so good with our cat, Niki. We have been traveling from Texas and needed to have a follow-up appt and subsequent CBC and treatment administration. She was caring and very gentle.
Dr toft knows her stuff! She's fair she tells you everything you need to know and explains anything you need help with. She's is excellent with my pets!
